Coordinator, International Sales Strategy, Planning & Ops Job Details | Lionsgate
Summary of Position
Lionsgate is currently seeking a Coordinator, Sales Strategy, Planning, & Ops to report to the Manager, International Sales Strategy & Planning, in the International TV Sales department. Our Strategy & Planning team works closely with our Sales Team and other departments to best manage the Lionsgate product pipeline for revenue maximization in the various international markets. This is a support role that will focus on the APAC and LATAM regions.
Responsibilities
• Monitor and manage the Lionsgate content inventory for international territories
• Assist in building out key strategies for the sales team
• Run reports using Lionsgate's various internal database management systems (content avails, sales histories, etc.)
• Analyze past sales to provide historical pricing guidance for current negotiations
• Track annual territory budgets, film and series financial benchmarks, and other sales priorities
• Provide feedback and administrative assistance as deals progress from initial offer to close
• Draft avail notices for content submission per contractual obligations
• Ad hoc projects
Qualifications and Skills
• Understanding of TV distribution licensing (EST, TVOD, Basic, Pay, SVOD, Free TV and AVOD) preferred with related experience
• Bachelor's Degree or similar course requiring min two years of study preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Curious and self-motivated with ability to work independently in fast paced environment
• Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize to meet deadlines
Nice to Haves
• Prior work experience organizing and analyzing large data sets
• Proficient in Tableau
• Knowledge of film and television content (titles, genres, directors, cast, etc.)
• Ability to learn quickly and ask questions when something is not clear
• Experience using Airtable and Salesforce
