Specialist, Content Operations Systems Management Job Details | Lionsgate
Summary of Position
The Systems Management Specialist evaluates and assigns resources for promotional requests. Client facing, this position is responsible for keeping our Clients apprised of project status and changes. Also a System Administrator for Workfront, they assist in configuration, license management rights and permissions, and process implementation.
The Specialist manages organization of high level initiatives as well as lower level triage within Jira and ensures teams complete all tasks/projects on time, within scope, and assesses risk along the way.
Responsibilities
• Receive and evaluate promotional requests in Workfront for metadata accuracy and timeline feasibility, and proof project setup
• Assign resources and manage workloads across various Content Operations team members
• Oversee change management over project lifecycles
• Ensure assets travel through systems properly, and troubleshoot errors as they arise
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams as system’s subject matter expert
• Manage licenses and grant user permissions in Workfront
• On-board and train on new processes within Workfront
• Work closely with Fusion integration team on new builds
• Collaborate with other teams to improve production workflows across all mediums
• Intake and manage new features and enhancement requests in Jira
• Manage Jira Kanban boards for both epics and enhancements
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree or three years related experience: operations, media, or training
• Highly developed analytical and organizational skills
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Workfront project management software, Jira and/or video production a plus

Compensation
$42,300 – $63,400
