Associate Creative Producer (30 day contract), Unscripted Kids and Family
YouTube Project
We're seeking a passionate and highly organized Associate Creative Producer to
join our team in developing and producing engaging unscripted content for a kids'
YouTube channel. This role demands a creative problem-solver with a strong
foundation in content development and a keen understanding of the digital kids,
family and ''edutainment'' space.
How You Will Spend Your Time (Job Responsibilities):
Development:
- Contribute to the creative development of unscripted content,
including brainstorming, concept refinement, and format
development.
- Write detailed episode outlines and treatments, ensuring clarity and
engaging storytelling.
- Develop comprehensive interview questions, fostering natural and
insightful responses.
Research & Organization:
- Conduct thorough research on relevant topics, trends, and competitors within the kids' YouTube space.
- Maintain organized project documentation, including scripts, outlines, and production schedules.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including producers, editors, and on-screen talent.
- Demonstrate a ''wear multiple hats'' attitude, adapting to the dynamic needs of a fast-paced production environment.
What you need to succeed (Qualifications):
Proven experience in content development, specifically in unscripted, education entertainment, or kids' media.
Strong writing skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging outlines and interview questions.
Demonstrated understanding of the YouTube platform and the family co-viewing entertainment landscape.
Production experience is highly recommended.
Ability to provide a portfolio or examples of previous work in similar roles.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
A passion for creating high-quality, engaging content for young audiences.
Candidates must be located in the Los Angeles area.?
Salary/Benefits
$300.00
- 350.00
per day
