Day-to-Day Manager – Atlanta, GA, or Beverly Hills, CA
Responsibilities:
Artist Management:
• Serve as the primary contact for third parties, including record labels, publishers, agents, lawyers, and business managers.
• Ensure smooth communication and information flow between artists and their teams while maintaining confidentiality.
• Schedule management calls across multiple time zones, including travel bookings, promo schedules, visas, and accommodations.
• Plan and implement artist music campaigns, including social media plans, press, marketing, and touring.
• Develop and maintain budgets for artist-related activities.
• Provide administrative support for artist social media accounts.
• Assist the company’s management team across multiple clients as needed.
Touring Coordination:
• Work with the Label Coordinator to plan and execute tour logistics, including booking, travel arrangements, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with venues and promoters to optimize tour schedules and maximize appearances.
Merchandising:
• Develop and execute merchandising strategies with artists, overseeing design, production, and sales.
• Manage inventory, distribution, and e-commerce platforms to optimize merchandising revenue.
Brand Partnerships:
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with brand partners for collaborations.
• Work with the Artist Relations Brand Manager and CEO to develop brand partnerships supporting artist releases.
Administrative Tasks:
• Ensure accurate record-keeping, contracts, and financial documentation for artists and partnerships.
• Oversee compliance with company policies in collaboration with the Label Coordinator.
Requirements:
• Experience: 2+ years of artist management experience.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of artist relations, marketing, branding, and merchandising.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-related software and tools.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, multitasking, adaptability, and discretion.
