Job Title: Associate Manager, Artist Rights
Location: Atlanta, GA
Live Nation Entertainment’s Media & Sponsorship Division is hiring an Associate Manager, Artist Rights. This role supports both the booking and licensing teams by synthesizing trends and data, managing contracts, and ensuring successful execution of artist-brand partnerships. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to support artist bookings and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Research and create artist one-sheets with social stats, bios, and sponsorship history
• Draft talent offers and contracts from templates
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for talent and marketing campaigns
• Organize talent submissions and track payments to artists and licensors
• Monitor artist activities and provide updates to the Media & Sponsorship team
• Manage artist budgets within larger program budgets and process payments
• Assist with client status calls and internal meetings by preparing agendas and recaps
• Develop relationships with internal Live Nation teams (Digital, Social Media, Promotions)
• Explore emerging marketing trends and technologies to enhance sponsorship programs
• Support department-wide initiatives and additional tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in the music industry
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Suite
• Interest in the music industry, especially current artists and trends
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and self-motivation
