This is a Full Time Job
This highly organized influencer marketing professional will primarily be responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks associated with the campaign planning and execution for Live Nation's touring campaigns.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Reporting into the Senior Director of Influencer Marketing, this individual will be responsible for interfacing with hundreds of influencers with the goal of generating awareness and selling tickets to Live Nation tours. This individual will be involved across the entire campaign cycle ensuring influencers are briefed and equipped to create engaging content.
This professional will:
• Source and pair potential influencers to Live Nation tours based on campaign parameters
• Assist in the planning and forecasting of potential campaigns
• Conduct outreach to influencers with key offer terms of participation
• Support whitelisting access setup with influencers to help facilitate the creation of social ads
• Lead briefing calls with influencers
• Work with paid media teams to ensure campaigns are set up correctly with the relevant assets and placements
• Assist with influencer onboarding to the Influencer Network to automate reporting and payment
• Lead the contract redlining process between influencer and internal teams
• Ensure all legal agreements are fully executed and stored on central box folder
• Handle ticket fulfillment requests for influencers
• Handle on-site execution/influencer handling at concerts
• Report and analyze influencer campaigns and write case studies summarizing campaigns
• Keep track of influencers' posts by capturing and storing screen recordings
• Facilitate timely influencer invoice payments
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• 3+ years of experience in social media or other relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or Communications
• Experience with Creator IQ or similar CRM/management platform
• Willingness to travel to events for influencer handling/wrangling
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and willingness to learn basic formulas and functions
• Strong written communication
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and the latest trends
• Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively with different levels of the organization
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Understanding of web analytics is a plus
