THE JOB
Live Nation Media & Sponsorship's Brand Promotions Team is seeking a self-motivated, detailed oriented Associate Project Manager to join their dynamic Brand Promotions team within the Media & Sponsorships division. Consumer promotion types include sweepstakes, instant wins, contests, gift with purchase, reward loyalty, and others.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Define project scope, goals, timelines and deliverables that support business and brand goals in collaboration with senior management and activate accordingly.
• Detailed project tracking including budgets, participation and product redemption rates, and winner and prize fulfillment.
• Develop promotional proposals and end-of-project recaps for brand partners and leadership team.
• Edit and maintain general promotional materials, including but not limited to product terms, microsite copy docs, trademarks, and venue lists.
• Manage NY/FL Bond filings, when applicable.
• Digital platform QA and quality control per assigned project.
• Maintain and manage select promotional campaigns.
• Select winner communications, eligibility screening, notification, verification, and select prize fulfillment per the promotion rules.
• Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings.
• Assist with day to day administrative, promotional and ad-hoc activities.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in project management, promotions, sponsorship, or marketing experience. Previous experience in consumer promotions or project management preferred.
• Proficient in Asana and Microsoft Suite - specifically PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Copywriting skills a plus.
• Familiarity with social media, analytical tools (GA), and Shortstack CMS preferred.
• Photoshop skills a plus.
• A passion for music and live entertainment.
