Concept Director - Interior Design

This is a Full Time Job

THE JOB:

Direct the core concept for existing and new venues.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO:
• Support the vision and documentation for new prototypes and typologies.
• Bring core concepts to life in the physical space while ensuring alignment with the brand's story.
• Lead the creation of the Concept Book and content development.
• Lead initiatives within the concept studio, including developing document formats, concept libraries, and processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Blueprint and Live Nation stakeholders.
• Shortlist, hire, and manage design consultants.
• Direct and redmarks conceptual set and drawing sets
• Develop 360° fan experiences via animations.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING:
• Strong interior designer with a deep understanding of architecture.
• Expertise in materializing concepts into interior design.
• Experience with brand rollouts and integration into physical spaces.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe Suite, and 3D tools (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit).
• Strong AI rendering skills.
• A well-rounded spatial thinker with the ability to strategize from brand ideation to physical space.
• A collaborative, positive, and blue-sky thinker with an understanding of cost and schedule constraints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a methodological, organized approach to work.
• 7 to 10 years experinece in int. design, hospitality design or branded design with a focus on concept development and implementation
• Experience managing or working with external design consultants.

The expected compensation for this position is:
$120,000.00 USD - $150,000.00 USD
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
