THE ROLE
The Corporate Communications Coordinator will help support the development and execution of innovative corporate communications strategies that strengthen Live Nation Entertainment's reputation and narrative. The successful candidate will assist the Corporate Communications team with proactive communication initiatives including a mix of media relations support, campaign measurement, internal communications, and content development that amplifies our corporate narrative.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Corporate Communications, the role will support day-to-day organizational needs, collaborate with crossfunctional partners and contribute to the creation of engaging content for internal and external channels.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Monitor, compile and synthesize press clips
• Conduct research to support key business initiatives
• Manage multiple aspects of communications programs including project management, campaign tracking and analytics reporting
• Assist with curation and drafting of various internal communications, including daily news clips, weekly global team updates, employee newsletters, social & digital media content and more
• Regularly track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of communication communications tools and platforms, ensuring efficiency and accessibility for the team
• Support the development and execution of team learning and development initiatives, including training materials, toolkits, etc.
• Attend and participate in global PR meetings, creative agency meetings and brainstorming sessions
• Draft agendas and recap notes for various team meetings
• Manage administrative duties for communications department
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• A bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, digital media, public relations, marketing, or writing is strongly preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an agency setting strongly preferred or in-house communications role focused on multimedia communications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to synthesize complex information and present it concisely and conversationally
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and adapt to rapidly changing business needs
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and Google Suite, as well as communication platforms and tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Positive attitude and high value for collaboration and teamwork
