
Event Settlement Manager

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Prepare and execute night of show event settlements for a high volume of events (clubs, theaters, amphitheaters, and arena venue types) in the South Region
• Liaison between Live Nation and artist/tour representatives
• Coordinate, prepare and settle with third party venues and partners
• Regularly communicate with tour representatives, talent buying, and production departments to manage event budgets as it relates to settlement
• Review artist and building contracts
• Prepare pre-settlements as needed
• Manage assigned event coverage show cash ordering/handling/reconciliation
• Work closely with accounting team to close out each show ensuring compliance with accounting procedures and policies
• Maintain accurate records for all shows
• Various projects as needed
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Minimum 3 years related experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Must be able to read and interpret ticket audits
• 2+ years of contract review
• Solid communication abilities, experience sharing ideas/needs with all levels of venue and artist representatives
• Excellent organizational skills
• Adaptable with work hours, supporting weekends and holidays as needed
• Regional travel will be required for this role
