THE JOB
As a Fan Engagement Products College Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the product management team within Live Nation's Media & Sponsorship Division. This role is perfect for an early-career professional with an interest in combining data analysis and product management to shape fan experiences.
You will assist in developing digital products that enhance how fans engage with their favorite artists, events, and brands. Working closely with the Lead Product Manager, you will contribute to research, product development, and optimization efforts, helping to ensure our products resonate with fans and meet market needs.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Support Product Development & Analysis: Assist in the ideation, creation, and refinement of fan engagement products, working on all stages of the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze user data, feedback, and market trends to provide actionable insights that will guide product enhancements and optimize the fan experience.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and design, to ensure product strategies align with overall business objectives and meet the needs of fans.
• User Research & Testing: Participate in user research, gathering qualitative and quantitative insights to improve product features and user satisfaction.
• Product Documentation & Reporting: Assist in maintaining product documentation, creating reports, and supporting internal presentations that communicate product performance and insights.
• Market & Competitive Research: Conduct research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
• Assist in Go-To-Market Strategies: Support the planning and execution of go-to-market activities, helping to ensure product launches are well-coordinated and effective.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Relevant Experience: Recent graduate or current student pursuing a degree in Business, Data Science, Product Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills, with experience using tools like Excel, Google Analytics, or other data analysis software to interpret trends and present findings.
• Product Management Knowledge: Basic understanding of product management principles and a desire to learn more about product lifecycle management, from ideation to execution.
• Technical Acumen: Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms; experience with project management software (e.g., JIRA, Asana) or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment.
• Passion for Live Events: A deep interest in the live entertainment industry, music festivals, and understanding fan behavior is a must.
