THE JOB
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for fostering positive relationships between Live Nation's Media & Sponsorship division and its employees. You will play a critical role in enhancing employee satisfaction and productivity by resolving workplace performance challenges, fostering better communication, and improving relationships across the division.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Manage key touchpoints and projects to support employee retention.
• Provide support throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, and exit processes (i.e.: communications, employee/manager check-ins, exit interviews).
• Review data to identify trends and improve processes.
• Cultivate a positive workplace environment by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a fair, timely, and consistent manner.
• Collaborate with HR leadership and legal teams to develop and implement employee relations strategies that align with the division's performance objectives.
• Support management in implementing performance improvement plans, managing corrective actions, and overseeing termination processes when necessary.
• Conduct employee relations investigations and drive them to fair and effective resolutions.
• Partner with HR team members to support employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
• Monitor trends in employee relations and provide regular reports to leadership on key metrics, emerging issues, and recommended actions.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on employee relations and project management.
• Proficiency in Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience using Workday a plus
