Job Description:
Live Nation is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead employee relations and enhance HR processes within the Media & Sponsorship division. This role requires a strong focus on resolving workplace issues, fostering communication, and collaborating with leadership to meet divisional goals. The HR Manager will play a vital role in managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, providing guidance and coaching, and optimizing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address employee relations issues and provide guidance on performance improvement, corrective actions, and terminations.
• Oversee key employee lifecycle touchpoints, including onboarding and exit processes.
• Offer coaching and strategic advice on HR policies and performance management.
• Collaborate with leadership and legal teams to execute engagement and retention strategies.
• Track key HR metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within HR functions.
• Lead special projects like benchmarking studies and headcount analysis.
Required Experience & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in HR, particularly in employee relations and project management.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Discretion in handling confidential information.
• Experience with Workday is a plus.
Compensation:
