Line Manager: Manager, B2B Marketing - NA
Internship Terms: ~12-Week Term commencing May 2025 working up to 29 hours per week
THE TEAM
Ticketmaster's Global Sales Operations group strives to be the partner of choice for our clients. Our mission is partner with markets to empower clients with business solutions that drive and align their commercial growth with Ticketmaster. We do this through a variety of services, including, product marketing, B2B marketing, sales enablement, commercial strategy and services, and more. We advocate for our clients across the product lifecycle, building our B2B narrative across strategic priorities, from strategic planning to launch and adoption. This team serves as the glue between across sales, product, & lines of business all in service of clients.
THE INTERNSHIP
Ticketmaster is seeking a highly motivated and proactive B2B Marketing Intern to join the team. We are seeking a candidate who is prepared to learn and contribute to a dynamic team. Working closely with numerous departments within the organization, this person will assist in the development of content designed to increase client engagement and foster business growth. The candidate should be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while bringing fresh ideas to enhance and elevate Ticketmaster's B2B Marketing efforts.
THROUGHOUT YOUR TIME WITH US YOU WILL
• Research, develop, and write content for email/newsletters, websites, social media, and other marketing initiatives to increase client engagement, grow brand presence, and augment lead generation for Ticketmaster.
• Help manage social media channels, including LinkedIn and X, to enhance engagement and brand presence.
• Participate in the production of video content for marketing campaigns and collateral.
• Assist in regularly updating website content to ensure it reflects current offerings.
• Track and analyse the performance of marketing content to improve future efforts.
• Provide marketing support for industry events and conferences, leveraging case studies, success stories, and best practices to engage both current and prospective clients.
• Partner with and collaborate directly with the Global Enterprise Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Communications teams, among others.
YOU WILL PROBABLY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
• Are currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Marketing or a related field that requires participation in a co-op/internship placement as part of the curriculum to graduate.
• Experience with content creation, video production, and website management.
• Eagerness to learn and actively contribute to a growing and dynamic team.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Solid organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn and X) is a plus!
