Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
• Oversee post-production workflows from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain post-production schedules with the Post Supervisor.
• Check the availability of freelance resources and assign them to projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for post-production inquiries, facilitating communication across departments.
• Perform quality control (QC) to ensure all edits align with style guidelines and stakeholder feedback.
• Organize and submit vendor invoices and freelance timecards.
• Onboard freelance collaborators with standards and practices guidelines.
