Job Summary:
Live Nation Entertainment, the world’s leading live entertainment company, is seeking a part-time Production Assistant to support various aspects of event production. The role includes assisting the Production Manager, handling production equipment, coordinating hospitality, and supporting artists during live events.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the Production Manager in all aspects of event production.
• Aid artists with load-in and load-out tasks.
• Shop for and maintain hospitality rider and green room.
• Move and maintain production equipment and venue furniture.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards are met at the venue.
• Sell and collect tickets and passes from patrons during events.
• Run errands related to talent and production needs while maintaining confidentiality.
• Deliver food and beverage to the band or talent and ensure cleanliness of stage/backstage areas.
• Perform side duties according to venue policies, including guest list and show pass distribution.
• Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and stores to assist talent.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience working in live sound or a recording studio.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced, often loud environment.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required, with an exceptional driving record.
• Knowledge of touring or stage production operations is essential.
