Job Summary:
The Senior Brand Manager will lead day-to-day relationships and activities for Live Nation’s strategic marketing partnerships with top corporate clients. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client service, managing marketing program performance, and overseeing on-site events.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Manage a portfolio of clients across various categories.
• Build and grow client relationships through strong service, knowledge of client industries, and excellent program delivery.
• Develop relationships with internal teams, such as digital, promotions, talent, and content production.
• Collaborate with sales, legal, and creative teams to deliver strategic marketing programs.
• Oversee program activation, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring successful asset delivery.
• Lead client meetings, including mid-campaign reviews and end-of-year discussions.
• Coordinate on-site activities for events, venues, and artist experiences.
• Work with the Live Nation Digital team to ensure digital media programs are executed.
• Develop program recaps with analytical insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Track expenses and profitability for client programs, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Stay informed on emerging marketing trends and technologies to enhance sponsorship programs.
Required Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience in brand management, client service, marketing consulting, or event management.
• Success in creating and delivering innovative marketing programs.
• Experience with both physical and digital marketing programs.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel 30% or more, often on nights and weekends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Passion for music and knowledge of current artists and industry trends.
