Senior Director of Social Media – Beverly Hills, CA
Responsibilities:
#Strategy & Operations
• Lead Live Nation’s global social strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Oversee paid boosting strategy, collaborating with creative, paid social, and analytics teams to optimize performance.
• Monitor social media trends and introduce innovative strategies across platforms such as Twitch, Reddit, and Discord.
• Lead crisis management for social media, working closely with Corporate Communications on fan and artist-related issues.
• Manage community engagement and customer service responses in collaboration with internal teams.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting systems to measure social performance.
• Oversee social content distribution across Live Nation channels, including websites, apps, and syndication partnerships.
#Creative Execution
• Partner with the Creative Director to develop and execute social-first content strategies.
• Oversee content capture at live events, festivals, and award ceremonies.
• Manage production schedules and publishing calendars for social content.
#Team Leadership & Collaboration
• Manage a team of seven social media managers, fostering career growth and leadership development.
• Work closely with creative, production, post-production, and influencer teams to optimize content distribution.
• Develop relationships with major social media platforms to access new features and beta programs.
Requirements:
• Experience: 10+ years overseeing brand social media accounts and developing multi-channel content strategies.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of social media culture, fan engagement, and music/comedy marketing.
• Technical Skills: Social analytics, performance tracking, paid social advertising, and influencer marketing.
