THE ROLE
We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Paid Social to be part of Live Nation Entertainment's Marketing & Data Team, which is responsible for ushering in the next evolution of live event marketing via innovative digital marketing campaigns. The role will oversee our Paid Social strategy and operations and will report directly to the Director, Paid Search & Social.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Lead day-to-day work of Paid Social team goaled with achieving/exceeding revenue targets
• Develop plans and track progress against quarterly business goals
• Optimize Paid Social channel mix by balancing internal business partner and artist/management needs
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering teams on automation and reporting
• Deliver regular readouts to key business partners across the organization
• Unlock incremental improvements through a test and learn approach
• Think strategically across multiple types of campaigns
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• 7+ years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on Paid Social
• Comfortable with annual budgets of at least $20M and a high volume of campaigns
• Able to recruit, coach, and develop a team of at least two
• Familiar with tools including Tableau, Domo, Datorama, and Google Analytics
• Significant experience with Facebook Business Manager and Facebook Marketing Partners
• Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on research, testing, and analysis techniques
• Record of delivering growth and ROI improvement through data-driven decision making
• Experience with presenting results and progress to goal to senior leadership
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics or related field
• Affinity for the music and live entertainment industry

The expected compensation for this position is:
$96,000.00 USD - $120,000.00 USD
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
