Job Title: Senior Producer, Hospitality
Location: New York, NY, USA / Beverly Hills, CA, USA
Responsibilities:
• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of hospitality projects from concept to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope
• Collaborate with Integrated Sales & Marketing on event vision, design, and budgeting for B2B and B2C opportunities
• Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and venues to ensure seamless execution
• Manage vendor RFP processes, develop best practices, and maintain departmental relationships
• Serve as primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication, alignment with client guidelines, and strong relationship management
• Oversee and manage on-site staff, including brand ambassadors, security, FOH staff, and stagehands
• Create and maintain project budgets, controlling costs while maintaining high-quality standards
• Provide creative direction, offering guidance on design, concept, and execution to meet client brand standards
• Identify and resolve production or operational challenges, ensuring contingency plans are in place
• Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers, overseeing logistics such as power, equipment, labor, décor, and audio
• Mitigate project risks through contract management and compliance with standards and regulations
• Stay current on hospitality trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations
• Conduct post-project evaluations, gathering feedback to improve future processes and results
Qualifications:
• BA Degree required
• 10+ years of experience in hospitality/events/experiential production with proven success
• Strong business acumen for working with corporate clients, production teams, and venues
• Ability to lead a team, provide updates, and work independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), G-Drive/Suite, Keynote, Slack, Airtable, and Social Tables
• Experience with well-known global brands preferred
• Knowledge of music/entertainment marketing preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative, practical event development understanding
• Proven ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple changing priorities
• Availability for occasional weekends/evenings and 30-40% travel
Preferred Skills:
• Sustainable design practices in hospitality
• Familiarity with international hospitality standards and regulations
• Strong industry network (designers, contractors, vendors)
