Brooklyn Bowl NY - Special Events Logistics Manager
Location: Brooklyn Bowl, New York, NY
Brooklyn Bowl NY is looking for a Special Events Logistics Manager to coordinate and execute contracted events, ensuring smooth operations and seamless transitions from sales to operations during events.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate operational setup and breakdown for events, including equipment and station setup
• Serve as the liaison between clients and the Brooklyn Bowl team during events
• Communicate with kitchen, service, beverage teams, and clients to ensure quality service
• Handle event logistics, including talent travel and site inspections
• Ensure timely communication of event details through pre-shift meetings and other touchpoints
• Track payments, manage billing, and handle post-event reports
• Train staff in service techniques and oversee their execution during events
• Oversee inventory management, including linen, equipment, and specialty items
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma required, College Degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years’ management experience in sales, marketing, or catering
• Working knowledge of restaurant and music hall operations, food preparation, and hospitality industry standards
• Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
• Wine and liquor knowledge preferred
• Ability to work varying schedules, including weekends and evenings, based on venue needs
Salary Range:
$45,000.00 - $57,000.00 USD
