THE JOB
We are seeking a Full Time Ticketing Coordinator for the Live Nation Concerts division, a segment of the Live Nation live music business.
The Full Time Ticketing Coordinator role will be responsible for supporting the ticketing team through a high volume of events throughout the year. Dedication to completing daily tasks and taking a proactive approach on incoming requests will provide overall success to the team.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Coordinate and process ticket requests for internal requests and promotional orders for events across Southern California.
• Maintain reconciliation reports and communicate regularly with finance teams.
• Support at events on night of show as needed/available.
• Assist with event building and inventory maintenance on the Ticketmaster platform.
• Adhere to Live Nation ticketing initiatives, programs, policies, and procedures.
• General administrative duties such as updating calendars, organizing orders, and digital resource maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned by Ticketing Directors and Managers.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Required:
• Ability to work in-office hours + evening and weekend hours, based on the needs of daily business operations.
• Ability to engage in positive interaction with employees and industry contacts, prioritize, organize, problem solve, follow-up, time management and multitasking.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including email etiquette.
• Proficiency with Google Docs and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
• Experience in a Box Office/Entertainment Venue not required, but a plus.
• Familiarity with Ticketmaster or any other ticketing platforms not required, but a plus.

The expected compensation for this position in California is:
$23.69 USD - $29.61 Hourly
