Job Title: VP of Booking

Position Summary:
Live Nation’s Concerts Division is looking for a VP of Booking to work closely with promoters, marketing, and production teams in planning and executing concerts. The VP of Booking will be responsible for maintaining relationships with agents and managers, negotiating contracts, managing event budgets, and ensuring financial success for each event.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with agents, managers, and industry representatives
• Oversee marketing, ticketing, and production for each booked event
• Handle regional and national agents and negotiate contractual agreements
• Manage event budgets to ensure financial success
• Coordinate with production managers to ensure successful on-site shows
• Execute night-of artist and venue settlements
• Maintain venue booking calendars and internal documentation systems
• Represent Live Nation at industry events
• Provide superior customer service throughout event planning and execution
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Strong knowledge of both historical and contemporary music and concerts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills
• 5 years of experience in the music booking, concert, or event industry
• High level of expertise in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
