Job Description:
The Production Manager is responsible for managing the on-stage and backstage technical aspects of concerts and events at Live Nation-operated and third-party venues, including theatres, clubs, stadiums, and arenas.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with tour and venue production teams to advance technical information and production needs.
• Interface with local contractors, vendors, and venue production teams to handle stagehands, security, casual labor, and rental equipment.
• Manage concert and event logistics from load-in to load-out, ensuring adherence to schedules, sound restrictions, and cost management.
• Handle show settlement, artist, and vendor payments.
• Act as Live Nation’s representative for scheduled shows and oversee show settlement for non-Amphitheater events.
• Coordinate approved subcontractors and third-party vendors to ensure safe and successful events.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience: 4+ years as a Production Manager, promoter representative, or event coordinator.
• Preferred Experience: Knowledge of venue operations.
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Windows applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Other Qualities: Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and travel as needed.
