Job Description:
Live Nation is currently seeking a Regional Marketing Coordinator for the Midwest region. The role supports the Regional Marketing Management Team in delivering marketing efforts for locally booked events. Responsibilities include:
• Performing administrative and marketing support duties
• Coordinating promotional ticket delivery with marketing partners
• Compiling advertising settlement recap reports
• Coding and processing advertising invoices
• Researching artist and audience demographics to shape marketing plans
• Assisting with grassroots marketing campaigns (ordering flyers/posters, shipping materials)
• Supporting the local sponsorship team with annual sponsorship marketing recaps
• Assisting the PR team in compiling local show information for press releases
• Handling digital ad and e-card placements
• Reaching out to media and promotional partners to gather proposals
• Inputting show marketing information into proprietary marketing tools
• Providing day-of-show event coverage as needed
• Working extended hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by event dates and deadlines
