This is a Full Time Job
We are looking for a CRM Coordinator to join the LA Clippers Business Insights team. In this role you will support the management of LA Clippers' Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database. To be successful, you should possess good technical and analytical aptitude and a capacity to develop strong competencies in building, developing, and implementing CRM forms, workflows, and processes, as well as provide end user support.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist with day to day management of data cleansing, data entry accuracy, validation, and data integrity; monitor sales activity and provide reporting on conversions and campaign metrics.
• Assist with lead generation/acquisition and efficiently/continuously route prospecting leads to inside sales representatives.
• Perform database segmentation, generate campaigns to target groups and prospect leads for various internal users. Assist in the development of customized reports and dashboards to measure the success of CRM campaigns and other ongoing projects.
• Assist sales reps and management with ad-hoc requests including data reports and analysis such as trending status of a certain sales representative or ticket packages.
• Work cross functionally with internal groups to ensure successful marketing execution and client retention; provide recommendations on how best to use the CRM data and deliver insight for how to improve engagement and build new features to share with team members.
• Participate in special projects or other related duties as requested.
Characteristics/Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year institution.
• 1-2 years of experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• A history of successfully working on a team and with partners across an organization.
• An analytical and conceptual thinker that is detailed and results oriented.
• Comfortable working with data and the ability to learn required business systems.
• Capable of delivering under tight deadlines and utilize time management skills.
• Demonstrated dedication with the ability to lead projects from origin through execution.
• Willingness to learn and should be able to flourish in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
• Effective interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
• Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit with hands-on approach towards business.
