Pay Rate: $70,000 - $80,000/year
Reports to: Senior Director, Strategy & Analytics

The Business Strategy & Analytics department is seeking an experienced Specialist, International Programs to spearhead emerging consumer-facing projects and to provide a strategic lens to business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for managing complex projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders and third-party clients, and identifying new growth opportunities. This role is crucial in driving marketing and operational efforts to expand our international fanbase and drive our business both domestically and internationally.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
• Lead key emerging international consumer-facing projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, third-party clients, agencies, production and fulfilment vendors, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
• Ensure all project deadlines and timelines are met, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Identify and recommend new opportunities to strategically expand our existing fanbase or increase penetration in existing populations. Collaborate with marketing department and other internal departments to execute these opportunities.
• Help manage the creation of diverse content for Japanese audiences, including text, graphics, subtitles, and voiceovers, ensuring accurate translations in keeping with the context.
• Coordinate and manage both in-person and digital events, ensuring successful execution.
• Handle additional projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Translate as needed.
Basic Requirements/Qualifications:
• Bilingual in English and Japanese
• 2 years of experience in product management, managerial consulting, business development, or a related field
• 2 years of increasing responsibility in leading multifaceted projects, involving multiple stakeholders and deadline management
• 2 years of experience with creating projective financial modeling and data analysis
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate intent as well as look and feel of marketing programs.
• Ability to make independent decisions to implement strategic initiatives.
• Ability to build relationships, influence and partner with internal and external stakeholders to execute projects
• Flexibility with work – ability to accommodate international time zones, travel when required, and wear many different hats from a business perspective
