Part Time Paid Internship
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant Intern to join our team for a two-month summer internship. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our executive assistant and CEO, gaining valuable experience in administrative tasks within a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Organize Google Drive for executive assistant and CEO, ensuring efficient file management and easy access to relevant documents.
- Scan new contracts and delete duplicate copies to maintain a streamlined database of legal documents.
- Add and update contacts in our database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Organize office space for optimal functionality and productivity.
- Track and organize important documents, passwords, and other sensitive information.
- Convert Keynote presentations into Google presentations for seamless collaboration and sharing.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recent graduate.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Google Drive and other G Suite applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
