Lucasfilm's Studio Talent Group brings together the most talented and expert artists, producers, engineers and managers in the entertainment industry to help employees reach their full potential. Working with Industrial Light and Magic (ILM's) global talent base in San Francisco, London, Vancouver, Sydney and Mumbai, our STG instructors are some of the industry's brightest creative and technical talents, including Oscar-winners, premier artists, designers, and engineers.

The intern will also take direction from the Manager of Learning and Development, as well as the Director of Talent Development.
What You Will Do
The Studio Talent Group (STG) intern will focus on general administrative and support duties for the department. You will work closely with the STG team, specifically with our counterparts on the West Coast in San Francisco and Vancouver. Job responsibilities could include:
• Scheduling STG events and courses
• Tracking attendance
• Supporting the creation of presentation content
• Updating the STG website
• Organizing STG digital files and materials.

• Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• Proactive and follows through with projects independently.
• Interest in filmmaking and the entertainment industry.
• Curiosity about Learning and Development.
• Excellent interpersonal and social skills and capability to interact well with diverse personalities.
Education
Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Film, Art, Theatre, Communications or related field
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
• Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program.
• Must possess unrestricted work authorization
Additional Information
• Must be able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
• The approximate dates of this internship are June 2024- August 2024.
• Must provide own housing during the internship program in the San Francisco area
• Must have reliable transportation to/from work
