Internship Start Date/Season: Winter (January-March with an option to extend through May)
Internship Duration: 3-6 months
Time/Days Required: 2 days per week with ongoing coverage throughout the week
Workplace Requirements: 100% remote
Magnetic Labs opens applications for its winter and spring (Jan-March, with option to extend March-May) internship programs. Internships are open to currently enrolled undergraduate college students only and will be remote, so we welcome applicants based anywhere in the US.
Our slate is focused on bringing new perspectives to the screen through unique and dynamic productions.
Our internship program provides an opportunity to gain industry experience and build skills for a career in Development. Duties and options include, but are not limited to:
-Extensive script reading and coverage
-Source new projects through IP (books, articles, podcasts)
-Research for new and existing projects on our slate
-Support team in preparation of pitch materials
-Our internships require a time commitment of 2 days per week for 3-6 months. We can support internships for class credit as requested.
