This is a Full Time Job
Primary Responsibilities:
• Produce daily recaps and create related Tableau and Excel reports for all ticket sales related activity
• Collaborate with ticket sales team leaders to create insightful reports to maximize ticket sales revenue
• Create regular game-day reports, and appropriately distribute/upload to Yankees staff and Major League Baseball
• Create customer segmentation to enhance our current ticket sales strategies and develop new strategies
• Pull data from KORE Data Warehouse to use in Tableau and Excel reporting to maximize ticket sales efforts
• Collaborate on ad-hoc projects and analyses as assigned
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or a related field
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong computer skills including: SQL, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with statistical software and programming languages such as Python and R is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with SAP Marketing Cloud is a plus
• 1-3 years of experience in sports, entertainment, or ticketing industry is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally
• Able to work well within a team environment
• Proven time management, organizational and prioritizing skills
• Flexible work schedule
