This is a Full Time Job
The RPM Recruitment Specialist is responsible for seeking out and on boarding tomorrow's YouTube talent into the RPM network. This role requires diligence and organization in being responsive to partners and resolving all questions and issues in a timely manner. The RPM Recruitment Specialist is the first point of contact that potential partners have with RPM Network / Maker Studios, and as such bears the responsibility of representing our company well to prospective partners.
Responsibilities:
• - Identify and track YouTube channels who would be a good fit for RPM's partner program
• - Working to recruit the above-mentioned channels into RPM (one-on-one relationship)
• - Responsible for following up with channel owners who may have questions about the contract/program
• - Responsible for hitting monthly viewership targets
• - Helping to elevate the RPM brand to meet Maker expectations.
• - Additional duties to be determined as the department evolves
Qualifications
• - An understanding of YouTube as both a content platform and social media website
• - Must have a creative mind; be able to see the long-term vision & potential of a product/idea
• - Comfortable with analyzing & quickly inserting data into spread sheet format
• - Excellent interpersonal skills
• - Comfort with a client-interfacing role
• - Ability to handle multiple projects / deadlines
• - 1-2 years of experience in the field of new media
• - Understanding of copyright, fair use, and transformative works as it applies to online media
• - The ability to research topics quickly and efficiently
• - Must be self-motivated, driven and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• - The ability to thrive in a rapidly-changing workplace
• - Previous experience with SalesForce desirable, but not required
