This is a Full Time Unpaid Internship
Assist the various business units under the Marvel umbrella continue to perform in a technology driven world. From the Live TV production workflow to more corporate environment, each environment is different in workflow and procedure.
Responsibilities:
• Assist IT Helpdesk in answering calls and helping users
• Monitoring ticketing queues. Ex: Creating, assigning, updating and closing tickets
• Assist in imaging/deploying computers to employees
• Helping with the setup AV for meetings
Basic Qualifications:
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
• Troubleshooting Computer Hardware/software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• All candidates must be eligible to work in the US.
• All candidates must be at least 18 years old.
• All candidates must be available during the months of May through August.
• All candidates must provide their own housing and transportation for the duration of the internship.
• All candidates must be able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the session.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Resume must outline other internships, degrees earned, work experience, related clubs and organizations, current major course of study, expected graduation date and extracurricular activities.
• Cover letter must include a personal introduction, and days/times available during internship period.
• Preferred Junior or Senior-level standing
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Required Education
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science or related major by arrival date
• Junior, Senior Undergraduate Program student status by arrival date
