Job Description:
The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to a team of executives overseeing the development, production, and distribution of television projects. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, adaptability, and enthusiasm for the television industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, rolling calls, maintaining daily schedules, preparing expense reports, and arranging travel.
• Continuously prioritize and manage meeting requests.
• Track creative, production, and performance-related data/milestones.
• Organize and maintain documents, notes, and presentations.
• Manage creative and production databases.
• Collaborate with executive assistants across Marvel Studios and Disney departments.
• Prepare for meetings by setting up spaces, arranging AV, organizing food/drink, preparing agendas, and taking notes.
• Assist in planning and executing events such as screenings and team milestones.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an administrative role within the television industry preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
