Job Description:
Marvel Studios is seeking a highly organized coordinator to assist the Manager, Physical Production – Asset Management and the Manager, Marvel Archives in managing the studio’s physical assets. This role will support the Physical Production department by performing administrative tasks, coordinating asset shipments, tracking and cataloging assets, and handling logistics for shipping and receiving assets from productions and external events. The coordinator will also assist during pre-production and post-production phases, ensuring proper handling of props, costumes, and other physical assets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Update asset management tracking software with new acquisitions weekly.
• Inventory, preserve, and store physical assets for the studio’s archives.
• Provide day-to-day support to on-set asset personnel and warehouse staff.
• Track outgoing loans, sales, and donations, and prepare related contracts and documents.
• Assist with asset storage and organization, including trips to offsite warehouses.
• Conduct asset tracking audits during all production phases.
• Handle research queries and material requests for internal departments.
• Assist with planning marketing and publicity events based on current asset availability.
• Help with preparation, installation, and de-installation of exhibits and displays.
• Coordinate freight logistics for productions and external events.
• Purchase departmental and archival supplies as needed.
• Assist with booking travel and managing itineraries for department members.
Basic Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience coordinating live-action physical production assets.
• Familiarity with archival practices is an asset.
• High integrity when handling proprietary and confidential information.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds for warehouse organization.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and interact with a variety of personalities.

Compensation:
