Physical Production Coordinator – Burbank, CA
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to two Vice Presidents of Physical Production Features.
• Coordinate schedules, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
• Manage meetings, conference calls, and departmental calendars across multiple time zones.
• Liaise with department heads across Marvel Studios projects to manage crossover logistics (e.g., resource sharing, set availability, prep timelines).
• Track production schedules and update teams on shifting timelines or resource requirements.
• Maintain and manage crew databases.
• Work with production and finance teams to ensure accurate record-keeping of crew details and invoicing.
Requirements:
• Experience: 2+ years in a studio environment, preferably at The Walt Disney Company.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of film or television production coordination.
