What we expect from you:
Experience in managing an agency or projects in the digital marketing sector
Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies (YouTube Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEA, social media)
Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop client relationships
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the team
Main responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to optimize the agency's business performance
Identify and close new business partnerships
Propose innovative solutions to improve our services and retain clients
Ideal profile:
At least 3 years of experience as an Account Manager, or in a similar role
Strong professional network in the music industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills
Proficiency in English (Spanish or French is a plus)
