
Design Coordinator

THE ROLE
Our Merch Traffic team is looking for a creative, driven and passionate Design Coordinator to join our team and support the design department. The ideal candidate has experience designing for merchandise and the music/entertainment industry.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Provide administrative support to Creative team for tour & e-commerce presentations for artist merchandise
• Assist the creative department with uploading and organizing art files
• Mock up assets for tour & VIP on apparel and accessory templates
• Knowledge of current trends, culture, and design in fashion and music
• Design a variety of digital assets for social media and web
• Ability to multi-task different projects in a fast-paced environment in an organized manner
• Excellent skills in typography, branding and layout
• Uploads project requests into system, tracking art department schedule.
• Works with account reps to ensure these requests are logged and project manager is alerted
• Item Request comps + entering into system
• Creates item requests comps in Photoshop.
• Uploads comps into system, adding all necessary information: designer name, blank information, web/tour, samples
• Mock ups – creates mock ups when designs + assets are sent from bands directly
• Experience mocking up graphics onto templates
• Web comps
• Works with web team to ensure that IR lines have hi-res comps set up for web
• Brand Comply – uploads mock ups into external system.
• Concepts for approval, sample photos and tracking information
• Red Bull, Ford, Playboy, Elvis (any account with external system)
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• 2+ years of graphic design experience
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Must be able to provide a portfolio of relevant design work
• Data/ system entry
• Excel
• Photoshop

The expected compensation for this position is:

** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
