
Ecommerce Manager

The Role:
This position balances ecommerce marketing and operations acumen and will play a critical role in the success of high-profile official stores for artist and entertainment brands.
Responsibilities:
Direct to Consumer Merchandising
• Manage the official direct-to-consumer online store for 15-20 artist and entertainment brands;
• Build, maintain and merchandise stores on the Shopify platform, utilizing eCommerce best practices (SEO, encouraging conversions, creative promotions, pricing trends, product rotation and positioning);
• Develop a yearly plan for stores, considering key consumer holidays, seasonality, album cycles (new and anniversary), and touring activity;
• Proactively work with internal teams to identify and merchandise new offerings from Licensees, Tour and Wholesale divisions;
• Liaise with internal and artist teams to recommend and develop DTC-exclusive merchandise offerings;
• Work with the marketing team to develop acquisition programs, and to execute marketing campaigns and promotions across owned and partner lists (email and SMS) and properties (social, web). Source or create marketing assets for use in these campaigns;
• Work with the client teams and internal stakeholders to keep the stores current and in-line with the artist's vision and needs;
• Maintain regular communication with client teams, providing store optimization suggestions and performance updates;
• Liaise with our partner warehouses to ensure accurate and timely receiving of goods, and to assist with customer service as needed;
• Manage the store inventory and purchase requests for new and existing product replenishment;
• Work with international partners to develop and maintain x-US online stores.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of ecommerce experience;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and organization skills;
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to shift priorities as required;
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude with internal teams and clients alike;
• Previous experience in music, entertainment and/or retail industries preferred;
• Be self-motivated and detail-oriented;
• Have an understanding of and appreciation for the ''fan'' mentality as it applies to marketing opportunities, product development, and customer service;
• Experience with HTML, CSS, Liquid a plus, but not required

The expected compensation for this position is:
$58,000.00 USD - $73,000.00 USD
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
