Manager, Production Management, Creative Services

Description:
The Manager of Production Management for MGM+ campaigns at Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc. is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of creative marketing assets. The role emphasizes best practices and workflow enhancements for the Production Management team, ensuring alignment across various stakeholders such as programming, publicity, operations, marketing, show production, and partner studios.
This position independently manages key campaigns for original scripted and unscripted series, network brand campaigns, and strategic partner marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include developing and executing roll-out plans, overseeing external creative agency output for key art and A/V development, and managing top-priority creative services initiatives from creative brief to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and manage high-priority creative services initiatives, including tentpole series campaigns and branding partnerships
• Anticipate and respond to shifting network priorities, leading the team in pivoting to support network goals
• Serve as the primary production contact, building relationships and aligning goals with internal teams (marketing, social, publicity, programming) and external partners (show production, vendors, agencies)
• Coordinate with creative teams to meet deadlines for all project phases, including rough cuts, comps, revisions, and final artwork or branding materials
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years of experience in creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines
• Experience managing both internal and external creative teams (designers, copywriters, agencies, freelancers)
• Experience in developing relationships with product, consumer research, and marketing teams to support strategy development
• Ability to present creative marketing campaign plans effectively to senior executives
