Role:
The Senior Marketing Manager will develop and execute go-to-market campaigns for Amazon MGM Studios' Original Series, including strategy, campaign roadmaps, audience definition, and positioning. This role requires collaboration with functional experts in creative, social media, influencer marketing, partnerships, events, PR, and more, ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders to drive global engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the 360-degree marketing campaign strategy and planning for Amazon Studios Original Series.
- Set the strategic vision for marketing campaigns and partner with cross-functional teams to create materials and tactics that deliver on this vision.
- Act as a campaign leader, inspiring teams to deliver best-in-class marketing ideas and generate earned media opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, studios, agencies, and international teams.
- Monitor and assess campaign performance against goals, making recommendations for optimization.
A Day in the Life:
You will support multiple series launches, collaborate on strategies and tactics with cross-functional teams, and oversee the execution of marketing plans. You will also present progress to senior leadership and manage relationships with Executive Producers and talent. The role requires strong leadership, adaptability, and clarity in driving strategic vision.
Basic Qualifications:
- 6+ years of professional marketing experience
- Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience developing campaigns across time zones and languages
- Ability to drive alignment with large teams and agency partners
- Experience in entertainment marketing
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years of marketing experience
- Experience in series marketing with a focus on streaming
- Proven experience working with Executive Producers
- Advanced decision-making skills, project management expertise, and the ability to inspire cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $106,400/year to $185,000/year, depending on location, experience, and other job-related factors. Amazon offers a total compensation package, which may include equity, sign-on payments, and benefits such as medical and financial support.
