This is a Full Time Job
The Producer, Video Content position is part of the larger Creative Services team reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing. This position is responsible for managing the creative planning and production of video content for the Milwaukee Bucks and Fiserv Forum. This position will collaborate with the video team (other producers, digital content managers, etc), internal departments and external clients to create dynamic, on brand and on message content.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
• Create dynamic video content suitable for multiple platforms that aligns with organizational brand messaging.
• Collaborate with internal clients and lead the planning of content production projects.
• Coordinate all logistics of a video shoot.
• Produce various types of events ranging from: Arena Updates, Player Practice Reports, Community Relations, Corp. Sales, and Bucks Gaming Weekly Updates.
• Ability to creatively shoot and edit to tell dynamic stories.
Qualification Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in production, broadcasting or equivalent education and relevant work experience
• Minimum 5-7 years of work experience in Tv/Video/digital creative roles
• Demonstrated knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premier and Microsoft Office
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro.
• Fluent in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Advanced experience with video editing in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced experience with audio recording and monitoring.
• Experience with exporting/delivering various Video Codecs for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube.
• Advanced knowledge of working on DSLR and Cinema camera's.
• Understands the Principles of Photography: Shutter Speed, Aperture and ISO.
• Understands the Principles of Cinematography: Composition, Lighting and Framing.
• Experience with Story Boarding, Shot List creation and Scripting.
• Maintains an organized File Management system.
• No afraid to think outside the box and present ideas in large group settings.
• Willing to contribute creative ideas to the team and experiment with various cinematic styles.
• Understands the traditional Story Arc and edits a piece through the viewer/fan perspective.
• Available on Night and Weekends.
