Position Overview: The Coordinator, Social Media is responsible for driving awareness and ticket sales to promote Capital One Arena, EagleBank Arena, District E powered by Ticketmaster, the Caesars Sportsbook, and the Premium Suites Department by creating engaging and unique social media content for social media channels associated with MSE venues.

Responsibilities:
• Support the venues marketing team capturing all projects, concerts, events, and activations.
• Collaborate and contribute to brainstorming sessions to develop campaigns, activations, advertising, content, and messaging.
• Publish events across social media.
• Analyze and track social media advertising efforts and update decks and presentations to show campaign impact.
• Help develop and implement fan activations during event days/nights.
• Assist and develop engaging and entertaining social media content while helping maintain the social media calendar across several venues.
• Perform social listening to engage in possible collaborations between fans, brands, and influencers.
• Build original content for social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter etc.
• Optimize content for each social media platform.
• Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree.
• 1 year of related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal communication skills, and presentation skills.
• Exceptional work ethic, strong desire to succeed and make a measurable impact.
• Excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize and balance multiple events and campaigns at once.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed; maintain a flexible work schedule and extended hours.
