Position Overview: The Executive Assistant, Office of the Chairman and CEO, will provide administrative and logistical support to the Chief of Staff, assisting with day-to-day support of the Chairman and CEO. This role demands exceptional organization, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a complex schedule with diplomacy, judgment, and discretion.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with the Chairman and CEO's calendar and schedule, including all scheduling and travel obligations for Monumental Sports & Entertainment, corporate boards, other corporate affiliations, leagues, civic, philanthropic, and personal commitments.
• Work with the Chief of Staff to coordinate and prioritize meeting and appearance requests and personal obligations.
• Coordinate logistics and preparations for seamless travel and appearances, including booking air travel, local transport, hotels, dinners, out of town meetings, and generating itineraries and briefing materials. This includes both professional and personal travel.
• Organize and handle logistics for events and meetings, including venue arrangements, technology setup, and document preparation.
• Greet and assist with executive office appointments and guests.
• Coordinate and serve as ''advance'' for business appearances, personal appearances, and executive meetings.
• Troubleshoot technology issues.
• Provide support to the Leonsis Family and the Leonsis Family Office.
• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
• Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Proven experience in an administrative role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in office management software and tools.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
• Technologically savvy.
• Achieves goals and completes tasks in a timely manner in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
• This position will require flexibility for significant in person availability and will include occasional work on nights and weekends.
Pay Range: $100k - $125k USD
