The Executive Assistant is responsible for administrative support functions for executive staff across Media, New Enterprises, Technology, and Esports.

Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including telephone calls, conference calls, and on and off site meetings and events. Greet and assist with executive office appointments and guests, business-related RSVPs and routing incoming requests.
• Manage and update executive office contacts for accuracy.
• Coordinate and serve as ''advance'' for business appearances, personal appearances, and executive meetings.
• Organize and manage logistics for events, meetings, travel, lodging, business luncheons, et al. including scheduling, booking, ordering, and receiving.
• Coordinate mail and email correspondence, including reviewing incoming correspondence, sorting personal and professional correspondence, and handling distribution to appropriate points of contacts in the organization.
• Demonstrate a detailed understanding of business context in email correspondence and scheduling matters.
• Draft and assist with digital/online materials.
• Manage and draft professional and personal correspondence and other tasks that facilitate executive efficiency at work and at home.
• Support purchasing activities for engineering, network, and other groups as required.
• Compile and file expense reports for corporate accounts.
• Transcribe notes or storyboards from meetings and calls.
• In-office presence, handle incoming communication, filing and other administrative related tasks.
• Responsible for troubleshooting technology challenges.
• Anticipate needs and be proactive in solving logistical issues.
• Publish social media posts on behalf of principals as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years office management or relevant experience.
• Achieves high performance goals and meets timelines in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Technically savvy.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
• Resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be very effective independently.
• High proficiency in Apple and Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
Pay Range: $65-75k USD.
