This is a Part Time Paid Internship
The Venues Marketing Intern is responsible for supporting the efforts of promoting events at Capital One Arena, EagleBank Arena, Monumental Premier, and District E. This position will focus on assisting with promotions, marketing efforts, events, and programs. This is a paid internship.

Responsibilities:
• Provide support for daily activities, events, and projects.
• Brainstorm creative and innovative ideas for marketing campaigns with advertising, social media, event messaging, and brand campaigns.
• Organize, resize, and manage the marketing department digital asset inventory.
• Manage department's OOH asset rotation.
• Draft and schedule social media content.
• Design decks highlighting monthly performance across venues.
• Generate email requests to help promote show announcements, promotions, specials, and newsletters.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Manager for event responsibilities, event nights, and fan activations.
• Assist with pre-event activities and preparing event information.
• Analyze and track advertising efforts and update monthly growth charts for social media accounts as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Current undergraduate or graduate student.
• Innovative, independent, and upbeat.
• Organized, able to prioritize work and problem solve in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Passion for live entertainment, promotions, events and creating experiences.
• Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills including grammatical, spelling, and proofreading abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) is helpful, but not required.
• Experience shooting and editing photos/video is a plus.
• Availability to work 20 hours/week from September-May.
• Reliable transportation and housing.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Pay Rate: $17.50 USD/hour.
