The Senior Director, Global Partnership Strategy will be responsible for creating GTM strategy, which enables our sales force and marketing teams to drive revenue and outsized value by presenting comprehensive partnership packages across a wide variety of categories. The Senior Director will play an important role in driving advertising revenue by collaborating with team members across the organization to increase partner integration, drive efficiencies within the sales process, deliver comprehensive reporting, and meet and exceed partner goals.

Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic and creative ideation in support of the sales pipeline, including discovery and pitch meetings, creation of sales collateral, and crafting compelling sales narratives to increase partnership revenue.
• Develop partner packaging and storytelling.
• Work alongside sales team to develop packages and pricing, approve inventory included in contract requests, and notify related parties of contract finalization.
• Provide thought leadership within key products across the Washington Capitals, Wizards, Mystics, and Capital City Go-Go, including representation at league meetings, seminars, and conference calls.
• Develop case studies to showcase a wide array of current Monumental Partnerships and industry standards & practices that benchmark partnership goals and aid in securing additional partners.
• Work with Global Partnership Marketing team to ensure success of key activations and fulfillment of contracted assets.
• Lead productions and concept ideation for Global Partner Summits.
• Attend select games throughout the season to host key partners.
• Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 7 years of sports industry experience or related field.
• Must be a seasoned project manager.
• Creative, out-of-the box problem solver who can tie big ideas to central initiatives.
• Measurable experience in creative ideation & inventory management.
• Must be detail orientated, resourceful, and enthusiastic.
• Must be highly organized and able to multi-task.
• Must have strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule as needed.
Pay Range: $95-105k USD.

$95,000.00 - 105,000.00 per year
