Videographer

The Videographer is responsible for content creation, videography, and editing for all Monumental properties. The ideal candidate should be capable of storytelling and capturing action while delivering high-quality results. This role involves a flexible schedule and occasional travel.
Responsibilities:
• Shoot various types of content, including documentary, reality, interviews, sports events, and games with a focus on sports.
• Coordinate with Production, Post-Production, and other departments to drive content workflow and delivery.
• Creatively tell visual stories by following the action.
• Set up and shoot network-style interviews, including green screen setups.
• Edit videos and highlights using Premiere, ensuring quick turnaround for content.
• Operate and maintain a variety of camera systems and equipment.
• Travel as needed for shoots and events.
• Prioritize tasks to meet production timelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in a content production environment.
• Familiarity with multiple camera systems and strong proficiency in Premiere for video editing.
• Strong shooting skills, with experience directing talent or players.
• Ability to independently manage all aspects of production, including cameras, audio, and lighting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Confidence in making quick decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to carry up to 40 lbs. of equipment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Compensation:
Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 per year. Eligible for health and welfare benefits.
