Role Overview:
The Current Creative Executive will oversee the creative development of CoComelon Lane, ensuring high-quality storytelling and brand alignment while managing relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee shows from development to production and final delivery for YouTube and premium platforms.
• Maintain excellent relationships with showrunners, writers, and internal/external creative teams.
• Provide detailed and constructive notes on scripts, animatics, cuts, voice records, and other creative stages.
• Assign creative talent for development and production.
• Ensure alignment with company goals across Production, Commercial, Distribution, and Channel Operations teams.
• Manage creative schedules and budgets without compromising quality.
• Take on additional projects as necessary.

Requirements:
• 7–10 years of experience in children’s and family content.
