What You’ll Do:
• Content Publishing & Optimization: Manage and distribute digital content like event announcements and promotional pages, enhance navigation and purchase paths.
• Data Analytics: Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to improve digital experiences and benchmark performance against competitors.
• Marketing Promotions: Execute digital marketing tactics, including QR codes, promo codes, and gamification.
• Product Roadmap: Partner with Product Management and Engineering teams to develop, launch, and enhance features on sites and apps.
• Project Management: Maintain project plans, obtain stakeholder approvals, document milestones, and manage workflow.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content for improved keyword rankings and sustainable traffic growth.
What You Need to Succeed:
• 1-3 years of experience in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• A passion for sports, music, entertainment, and pop culture.
• Deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape (SEO, social media, email marketing, CRM, etc.).
• Experience partnering with Product Management, Engineering, or UX/UI Design teams.
• Experience with CMS, WordPress preferred.
• Customer-focused, analytical, and comfortable making data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team and take ownership of tasks from start to finish.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Willingness to work outside standard business hours.
Salary/Benefits
$60,000.00 - 70,000.00 per year
